Refund Policy – BRANDEDSWEETS

At BRANDEDSWEETS, all of our branded sweet pouches are custom made to order. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders

As all sweet pouches are personalised with custom branding, logos, colours, names, or event details, we do not offer refunds or returns once production has started or the order has been dispatched.

Order Approval

Customers are responsible for checking and approving all artwork, spelling, colours, and design details before production begins. Once approved, changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund where appropriate

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Minor colour variations due to screen settings or printing processes

  • Delays caused by couriers once dispatched

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started. If design work has already been completed, a design/admin fee may be deducted from any refund issued.
