Welcome to BRANDEDSWEETS. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General
BRANDEDSWEETS specialises in personalised and branded sweet pouches for events, businesses, parties, and special occasions. All products are made to order based on the information provided by the customer.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, production may begin immediately.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all details provided, including spelling, wording, colours, quantities, addresses, and artwork, are correct before approving the final design.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
BRANDEDSWEETS reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Personalised Products
As all products are custom made and personalised, slight variations in colour, print placement, or packaging may occur.
These minor variations are not considered faults.
5. Production & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary during busy periods.
BRANDEDSWEETS is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk in the products passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can only be cancelled before production has started.
Due to the personalised nature of our products, refunds and returns are not accepted once production has begun or the order has been dispatched.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order details.
We reserve the right to offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.
8. Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, images, or copyrighted material submitted to BRANDEDSWEETS.
We reserve the right to refuse designs that may infringe copyright, contain offensive material, or breach any laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
BRANDEDSWEETS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
10. Privacy
Customer information will only be used for processing orders and customer service purposes. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties unless required to fulfil the order or by law.
